When an existing project is brought in, PolyphonOS analyzes its systems and workflows and creates a working description. Your team can see how the work fits together instead of rebuilding it in another isolated tool.
PolyphonOS is designed to work with the software and systems your company already uses. Digital employees access integrations according to their permissions. A task, its files, questions, contributions and final result stay together in a Play, even when colleagues share parts of the work.
Echo supports an individual, while Ping fills a defined role. These digital employees can work toward a goal, ask for missing context and involve a colleague. When a new capability is needed, PolyphonOS can build and test a reusable Talent for human approval.
Your team decides what work to assign, what information to share and which actions require approval. You can follow progress, review files and assess the result. Authority areas and permissions limit what each digital employee can do.
Your team signs in to PolyphonOS with its existing company login. Available as an option for every plan.
We connect PolyphonOS to your company's identity provider through SAML or OpenID Connect, for example Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. Your IT then decides who can sign in and applies your company's sign-in rules, such as multi-factor authentication.
Set up on request with your IT after a technical check. Ordering a plan does not switch on company sign-on.
