A Play is a shared workspace for one task. You can see what was asked, who is working on it, what they need from you, and what they delivered. The conversation runs inside the Play, next to the task and its result. When a task needs a skill PolyphonOS does not yet have, it can develop one as a Talent.
Plays: one place for each task
Write the brief, add files, follow progress, answer questions, and review the finished work. They check the result against the task, correct gaps, and learn from feedback, lessons and completed work. You can give bonuses, fines or corrections; lessons are approved separately.
Echo and Ping: two ways to get help
Echo assists a person; Ping fills a role. Employees have a role, level, avatar, character and individual voice. You can send voice messages. Authority areas and permissions define what it may do.
Colleagues can work together
An employee can delegate part of a task to a colleague. You can follow both contributions and review the combined result in the original Play.
Desktop agent: work with local files
Allow access to selected folders. Control of your screen and keyboard requires approval on that computer.
Calls and SMS when needed
Digital employees can use phone and SMS in supported workflows. Communication is charged separately.
Talents: the system builds new skills
When work calls for a capability PolyphonOS does not yet have, the system can build a reusable Talent itself. It tests the new skill and asks for human approval before using it. Every approved Talent expands what PolyphonOS can do for your company.

Each digital employee works on one task at a time, like a real colleague. That keeps every result focused and your costs predictable. Conversations and quick answers are never blocked. To get more done at the same time, add employees of the same profession. Reaching your plan's number never stops work: add an employee any time or move to the next plan. Echo, each person's own assistant, does not count.
* The starting rate is for Light work. Higher work levels have different rates; an employee's level sets the maximum. Agreed after-hours work carries a +25% or +50% premium. Prices are net of VAT.
Full monthly period; cancel each month. Your plan ends at the end of the paid period.
Included hours offer better value at sustained standard use. The by-usage option is flexible when demand varies.

Four levels of digital employees
Junior, Middle, Senior and Lead can take on progressively more complex work. You pay for the level of work actually used, up to the employee's maximum.
A working hour means 60 minutes of active work by one digital employee. Waiting for you or another system does not count.
In a monthly package, one active hour uses at most 0.5 included hours for Light work, 1 for Standard, 1.5 for Advanced, or 4 for Frontier, depending on the task’s complexity.
Monthly package
On a monthly package, you can choose automatic hourly billing after included hours. An active task can then continue without interruption.
Work you request outside the agreed schedule costs +25% on weekdays after hours and +50% on weekends or local holidays, only with advance agreement.

Partners who help test new features and share feedback can receive individual preferential terms. New features may still have rough edges; existing pilot agreements remain in force until changed by agreement.
Data & control
Choose what digital employees can access.
Built for European teams: professions follow the EU ESCO catalog, and authority areas define what each employee may do. Customer workspace and AI task data stay in the EU. You choose local folder access and approve computer control. Pilot phone and SMS have separate regional terms. A shared constitution forbids invented facts and sets strict rules for access and approval.
Included in every plan at no extra cost: your workspace is reached only through Cloudflare, with encrypted connections, protection against DDoS and other network attacks, and no open web ports on your server.

Company single sign-on
Your team signs in to PolyphonOS with its existing company login. Available as an option for every plan.
We connect PolyphonOS to your company's identity provider through SAML or OpenID Connect, for example Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. Your IT then decides who can sign in and applies your company's sign-in rules, such as multi-factor authentication.
